Welcome Message

Dear Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that I introduce the 10th EFAS Instructional Course which takes place in Lyon on Friday and Saturday 13 and 14 June 2008.  The course programme has been arranged yet again by the EFAS Education Committee and the modules which were introduced in Athens in 2007 have been refined and adjusted for this years course.  I anticipate a focused and highly instructive course and we look forward to meeting in Lyon which one of the gastronomic centres of Europe.  Our thanks go to the local organizers Jean Luc Besse and Yves Tourné for their assistance with the logistics and social aspect of the course.
